MULTIBLY (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the platform available at www.multibly.com that allows users to access, query, and compare responses from more than 80 artificial intelligence models provided by third-party providers.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect your personal information when you use our Platform, website, or related services (collectively, the “Services”).
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
Information You Provide Directly
- Account information: name, email address, password, profile picture (optional), and preferences when you create an account or sign in (e.g., via OAuth/Google/Apple).
- Payment information: billing details, transaction history (processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers).
- User content: prompts, queries, uploaded files (images, documents, etc.), generated AI responses, comparison selections, and any feedback/ratings you submit.
- Communications: support tickets, emails, or messages you send us.
Information Collected Automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type/version, operating system, device identifiers, referral source, pages visited, time/date of access, features used (e.g., which models compared), session duration.
- Cookies and similar technologies: session cookies, analytics cookies, preference cookies (see our Cookie Policy [link if separate]).
- Log data: query timestamps, model selections, error logs (without full prompt content unless necessary for debugging).
Information from Third Parties
- Authentication providers (Google, etc.) may share limited profile data.
- Analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) provide aggregated/de-identified usage insights.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (e.g., health, racial/ethnic origin, political opinions, precise geolocation) unless you voluntarily include it in a prompt. We strongly advise against including sensitive or confidential information in prompts.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Services (e.g., routing prompts to selected AI models, displaying comparisons, maintaining chat history if enabled).
- To authenticate accounts and prevent fraud/abuse.
- To process payments and subscriptions.
- To communicate with you (service announcements, support responses, optional marketing with consent/opt-in).
- To generate aggregated/anonymized analytics and insights about Platform usage.
- Model improvement & research (opt-out available): We may use de-identified or aggregated prompts/responses to analyze performance, debug issues, or improve model selection/ranking features. We do not use your raw prompts/responses to train or fine-tune third-party AI models unless you explicitly opt in (see Section 6).
- To comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service, protect rights/safety.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information in these limited circumstances:
- With third-party AI model providers: Your prompts and related context are forwarded to the selected AI model provider(s) to generate responses. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy (links available in our model selector UI). We require them to use data only for generating responses and not for their own training unless you separately consent directly to them.
- With service providers: Hosting (AWS/GCP/etc.), analytics, payment processors, customer support tools, email services — all under strict data processing agreements.
- For legal reasons: To comply with laws, respond to subpoenas/court orders, protect against harm, or defend our rights.
- In business transfers: During mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales (with notice where required).
- With your consent: For any other purpose you explicitly approve.
4. Data Storage and International Transfers
Your data is primarily stored in [e.g., EU (Frankfurt) and/or US (Oregon)] regions. As a global service, data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your residence, including the United States. We use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses for GDPR, adequacy decisions where available) for transfers outside the EEA/UK or other restricted jurisdictions.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary:
- Account data: While your account is active + 30 days after deletion request (longer if required by law).
- Conversation history/prompts/responses: Retained for your access (if chat history enabled) up to [e.g., 12 months] or until you delete them; shorter for temporary/guest sessions.
- Logs/analytics: Up to [e.g., 24 months] in de-identified form.
- Legal backups: Retained as required by law (e.g., tax records).
You can delete individual conversations or your entire account at any time (data deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain).
6. Use of Content for AI Training (Important – Opt-Out)
By default, MULTIBLY does not use your prompts or generated responses to train or fine-tune any AI models (our internal features or third-party models).
If we ever propose using Content for model improvement in a way that would involve training, we will:
- Provide clear notice
- Offer an easily accessible opt-out (account settings → Privacy → Data for Model Improvement)
- Honor opt-outs prospectively
You can opt out at any time; existing opted-in data will not be retroactively removed from models already trained.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights including:
- Access, correction, deletion of your personal data
- Opt-out of certain processing (e.g., marketing, targeted advertising)
- Restriction/objection to processing
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent (where consent is the basis)
- Non-discrimination for exercising rights (CCPA)
For California residents (CCPA/CPRA): We provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link on our homepage footer. We do not sell personal information; limited sharing occurs only for analytics/service providers under CCPA definitions.
For EU/EEA/UK residents (GDPR): Our legal bases include contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligations.
To exercise rights: Contact privacy@multibly.com or use our in-app/web request form. We respond within statutory timeframes (e.g., 45 days CCPA, 1 month GDPR + extensions).
Verification may be required. Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authorization.
8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit/rest, access controls, regular audits) to protect your data. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 16 (or 13 in some jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn we have, we will delete it. Contact us if you believe a child provided data.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice.
